November’s Xbox 360 titles are backwards-compatible.

Microsoft on Wednesday announced the Games With Gold lineup for November 2015. Xbox Live Gold users are getting four free games during the month spread across Xbox One and Xbox 360. Free titles for November 2015 include Pneuma: Breath of Life and Knight Squad on Xbox One, as well as Dirt 3 and Dungeon Siege III for Xbox 360. ESL Mortal Kombat X Pro League kicks off US$100,000 Season 2

The ESL Mortal Kombat X Pro League Season 2 preseason event over the weekend kicked off the biggest ESL MKX Pro League season to date! The upcoming season, which begins November 1^st, will see competitors from Europe, North America and CIS battle it out for US$1,000 per region each week, over a period of eight weeks. The best competitors will earn themselves a spot in the Grand Finals, which will pay out a total prize pool of US$100,000 in early 2016.

Making its debut this season is the all-new Mortal Kombat X game integration, set to fully automate aspects of ESL competition, once players sign up for the ESL App on Xbox Live. The game integration will be available in time for the beginning of ESL MKX Pro League Season 2’s regular season November 1^st.

“Integrating Mortal Kombat X into our online infrastructure is one of the many things that we are working on at ESL. It has been a pleasure to work with NetherRealm Studios on making it a reality,” said Andreas Hofmann, Software Developer at ESL. “Previously players had to struggle with multiple devices and manually submit their results. Now, ESL’s competitive solution seamlessly pairs you with an opponent connected to the Xbox Live servers and will automatically submit the match outcomes to the ESL Play website.”

In this original adventure, Finn and Jake discover that Marceline sold all of the magical but potentially dangerous artifacts they have collected in a Yard Sale. Let’s take a look at the Tree House! It all begins at Finn and Jake’s Tree House, which serves as the central hub of the game. Investigators are invited to make their way inside and begin each of their adventures in the easy-to-explore tree house complete with multiple rooms, each stocked with cool interactive items from the show. For the first time, Adventure Time fans can explore every single room in glorious 3D detail. From the front yard, to the treasure room (where players will collect their loot), the kitchen, bedrooms, living room, attic and more, players will be able to interact with their favorite characters from the show and explore like never before.
My Kingdom for a… great view in 3D! With likenesses incredibly true to the series, Adventure Time: Finn and Jake Investigations will allow players to see as much as they can of the Land of Ooo and its kingdoms in a way never before seen. Each chapter of the game will take players to more kingdoms and give them an opportunity to visit key locations in each unique kingdom. From the Candy Kingdom (loaded with all kinds of lush sweets) to the Ice Kingdom (filed with pointy, snow-capped mountains and snowy hills) and Wizard City (a magical settlement with a marketplace!) to Maja’s (the sky witch’s) Forest, they are all there in gorgeous 3D.

Batman: Arkham Knight – Remaining Season Pass DLC Confirmed

  
Today Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment and Rocksteady Studios confirmed all remaining downloadable content and updates for Batman™: Arkham Knight. 
Some of the notable forthcoming content includes the 2016 Batman v Superman Batmobile Pack , available in November and includes the Batsuit and Batmobile from Warner Bros. Pictures’ upcoming film Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. In December the Season of Infamy: Most Wanted Expansion missions will be available. These missions are similar in length to the Most Wanted missions in the game and will feature Mad Hatter, Killer Croc, Mister Freeze and Ra’s Al Ghul.

GUITAR HERO ® LIVE HITS THE ROAD WITH IMAGINE DRAGONS: SMOKE + MIRRORS EUROPEAN TOUR

Imagine Dragons “Demons” will appear in upcoming Guitar Hero Live game Band discuss playing Guitar Hero Live instead of rehearsing for the European Tour

  The new Guitar Hero Live will let players live out a rock star fantasy, playing to real crowds that react to your performance. Ahead of the European launch of Guitar Hero Live on 23^rd October, Activision Publishing Inc., has announced an integrated tour partnership with Imagine Dragons, taking Guitar Hero Live on the road during the band’s European “Smoke + Mirrors” tour.

Fans of the band will be able to pick up the new six-button Guitar Hero controller and experience the thrill of performing live, playing Imagine Dragon’s award winning track “Demons” in the game.

Dan Reynolds, lead singer commented, “We really didn’t feel like doing actual rehearsals for our upcoming European tour, so it was fortunate timing that we could practice via Guitar Hero Live instead. Our European fans will definitely suffer as a result, but it was a lot less work.”

Wayne Sermon, guitarist, added, “In all seriousness, we’re all gamers, so we’re excited to let our fans experience our music in a new way through the game and especially to realise just how difficult it is for me to play my own guitar parts when you have a crowd watching you”.

Sheltered Receives Combat and Quests Update

Wakefield, UK – 24th September 2015 – Games industry veteran and games label Team17 together with independent developer Unicube is excited to announce the arrival of the Combat and Quests update for their co-developed post-apocalyptic disaster management game Sheltered.

The update is introduced via the first episode of their new behind the scenes developer diary videos, “Beneath the Surface”.

Sheltered is a post-apocalyptic disaster management game that gives a whole new meaning to the term “nuclear family”.

With all hope lost, how will you cope in this bleak new world? How you handle the many moral choices you’ll encounter on a daily basis could be the difference between your family surviving or dying. Combat claustrophobia, radiation and mental exhaustion as you cling desperately to life in the cramp, cold and scary underground shelter. You’ll have to leave the scant protection the shelter offers behind as you’re forced to venture outside into the dangerous desolate wasteland to scavenge for vital supplies which could ensure your families survival for just one more day.

LEGO Marvel’s Avengers NEW Trailer Storms New York Comic Con

Today at New York Comic Con, Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment released the latest trailer for LEGO Marvel’s Avengers, showcasing key cinematic moments from Marvel’s The Avengers and Marvel’s Avengers: Age of Ultron, as well as content based on additional Marvel Studios blockbuster films, including Marvel’s Captain America: The First Avenger, Iron Man 3, Thor: The Dark World and Captain America: The Winter Soldier—all of which will be available in game! ‘H1Z1’ Releases Female Zombie and Hospital in Latest Game Update

H1Z1’s first female zombie, voiced by prominent Twitch streamer LegendaryLea, leads the pack in this latest game update.

The update also introduces Kurama Medical, a unique facility with various content loops that span its interior and exterior. Along with medicines and supplies, players can piece together the stories of those who sought refuge in the hospital during its final days before it was overrun and abandoned. Following these clues will offer not only insight into the fall of Kurama Medical, but also useful items to help players avoid the unfortunate fates of those trapped inside.

ATV s are now available for traversing H1Z1‘s vast landscapes, though player safety while riding on these exposed machines is not guaranteed.

Finally, this most recent update adds new ways to obtain items in H1Z1. The Item Exchange System lets players bundle items together to trade for even rarer treasures. Some ultra-rare items are only available through the Item Exchange system. There’s also the new Mercenary Crate, giving players the opportunity to obtain the new ghillie suits and their corresponding skins, ultra rare skins for the AR15, one of the most popular weapons in Battle Royale mode, and more.
